So here, the tenth entry. Currently the blog has been collecting dust. well, What can I say, busy is still the word, now that promo has started, things could mean either way, can mean that I might need to start packing and plan ahead.. Darn..

Well, today's Chemistry paper is really what you call a classic horror movie, real life, first hand experience. The first paper, the MCQs were still alright, however the main dish were the paper two.. Is like the paper is so damn long that I couldn't finish half of the section C, which is like 30 plus marks gone! Way to go for promo! =( (CUZ THE TEACHERS ARE EVIL!!)

Last week, exactly seven days ago was General Paper and Chinese paper. Gp for now, we're only tested on paper one, the essay portion, luckily there are at least a question I can do, so I pick on something I'm prepared for -- Gender role. Is on "How far has the role of Mothers today changed?" And I've been accused by Roger for being a Feminist. Because I've actually did most of my Gp essay on issues or themed gender role or discrimination against a gender. CL paper, was alright, nothing much to say. Because the Hall was freaking cold!

2nd Bro back from Bangkok, now another round of internet fight!

Damn..

Now can only focus on the last three papers... Mathematics, History and Physics. No 2 H2 pass, that's it! Well, I'm not the only one that didn't finish the Chem paper.. Daniel was cursing the paper, first time see him swearing so hard! Damn...

So today went mopping around for a few hours with the JJs.. lol.. Today was the first time I eat at Subway.. Spent a lot of money.. But was too sad to care.. lol

Whatever, guess I have no freaking way to stop.. Just go..

Oh, and last Thursday night, I drew a picture for Pei Qi:

From the cover of Superior book #5

Actually I drew the whole thing, but I crop it down....

Three papers down, Three more papers to go...

That's all... For now...

Another week gone, well, not exactly very peaceful though. Not to mention, I injured my toes. (The middle and fourth toe of my right feet) Don't ask me how I did it, I also want to know. All I know was walking towards my computer after a shower, without specs, not looking at where I walking, a stool in my way, and there you have it, two bloody toes.

The benefits, you get to wear slippers to school or two days! The down side, my toes bled for a long time, it's amazing how much a small wound can bleed. Whenever I change my plaster or show others the picture of it, you get those priceless look on their face. =p

And not to mention, new FullMetal Alchemist's anime CONFIRMED! After three years since it's movie, finally it came! (Some friends and I were guessing that they'll have a continuation) Heard that the news is on the cover of FMA Manga vol. 20, the latest vol, which is yet to be sold in S'pore.

One week more, or even lesser to the start of promo, the first paper GP and CL. Coincidentally. today is the last GP lecture for the year, that is really fast! I feel that I still have a lot to improve on GP. In the wake of promo, the momentum of class test is still steady coming. This few weeks, test is like a on and off thingy, it just kept coming.

Recently, went to visit Tenchi again, finally, after a month, finally had time to go there and check out the newest manag, I bought one book, "不良仔与眼镜妹" Vol 8

"不良仔与眼镜妹" Vol 8

And last but not least, yesterday went to celebrate Mid-Autumn's Festival with Fiona, Miao Ling, Alwyn, Siew Keng, Cheris, De Ming, Yi Sheng, Ray and Chen Kiat.

Over at Alwyn house there that basketball court nearby void deck. Play a few rounds of number guessing complete with forfeit and some candles burnt, etc. At the end, reach home quite late, due to some minor issues.

Human relations are indeed a paradox, as it is undefined, beyond words, no single equations, theory, hypothesis or thesis can explain or fits this term well. People can go through extreme just to be heard, seen or notice. Or to be cared. Man can really be unpredictable and changed instantly to become either friend or foe. Of course I would prefer the fore to the later.

Recently, I also read a book, called, "For One More Day", by Mitch Albom. Courtesy of Roger. A simple and sweet story with a great message behind it, it's a short book that can be completed within half a day, if you really read it without distraction. That's all, I need to go back to revision already. T.T

Is about time for me to blog again. After a week. I will try to keep things shorter. =p For the whole of last week, the pseudo holiday, most of days were spent on relaxing and procrastinating. Thus in the end, only manage to do part of what I intended to do.

Mathematics solutions for now are mostly presented in graphical form, which can be quite a bitch if it gets too many or complex. Sciences are the concepts and the way you handle them. GP and history are more than just knowledge and examples, is more about the way you evaluates and argue for your stand. All comes down to being precise I guess.

On Monday, P.E. was really a pain in the ass. Heard that was due to the record poor statistic of the rate of people passing NAFA over the years. And they decided they want to test our endurance through series of stretching exercises and running laps like nobody's business, which was really a bitch. Hopefully tomorrow it will not be a deja vu. Today mathematics was on vector, is been a while since I did any questions on them. Physics, we finally made it to the last chapter that will be tested on promos, Electricity. Chemistry is on a few short quizzes and revision on Atomic structure.

On the so not bright side, on our GP lesson, Mr Andrew's speech was grave. It kinda knock some sense out of me. A inevitable question that I want to avoid, "Will I be about to pass GP at the end of the 3 years?" or "Should I continue to study in M.I?" or even, "Can I make it to Year 2?" Some reflections to make after receiving results for promo. Meanwhile, the only thing can be and should be done is to revise!

On the bright side, Class T-shirt production had finally made another progress and now, the sizes are collated, at least half of the full sum collected, although there are still problems here and there. Hopefully it will go as planned.

And, I finally manage to finish watching Supernatural! Yay! And waiting for season 4, heard that will be on sidereel on 18th of September! Surprisingly, D.N angel, the manga is up running again, after nearly two years! And it stopped at the most crucial part back then... =.=

That's all. I guess, I will not exactly agree this post is short, but it is better then previous one!

Rot, okay, my blog rot again, I was thinking of updating a few days ago. But looks like the sloth in me took over and the whole procrastinating thingy starts all over again. well, at least not just in blogging context, but a little bit on my school work too. Maybe is due to the holiday week. Things kinda get sluggish.

(Warning: A long post ahead!)

But still, I would consider it as a pseudo first order with respect to Holiday, [Holiday]
1 . This is due to the fact that despite been known as Holiday, we are still warmly invited back to school to have some extra lessons. Not to mention, some test. =P On the other side, things are not so bleak, at least now I'll have decent number of hours of sleep. As compared to last few weeks. Practically going bonkers, on week days, wake up at 5.45am, sleep at 2am. As mentioned by some friends, when I go to school, the sky is dark, when I return from school, the sky is also dark. Kinda Sad.. Busy and day by day they just pass like that.

Looking around, guess everyone had their day recently, either they are frustrated, pissed beyond their wildest dream or simply not on mother Earth. Perhaps on Mars. Not too sure I can pull it through for this promo though. But then again, life is full of uncertain up ahead. Guess we got to pull through.

Well, looking on the bright side, we celebrated Siew Keng's birthday in advance. That silly girl, thought she was smart enough, but we're more witty. We gave her a pseudo surprise follow by the main dish, a birthday bash! Or rather a cream mask party / slumber party literally. But I manage to escape clean and neat. =P But unknown to her, the biggest mastermind behind all the tricks were, Cheris and I. The relighting candles and the fake cake. (Sorry Siew Keng! ;P) But the rest were needless to say a Team effort. Fiona also brought some light sticks to add color to the celebration. The scrap book especially, we vomited blood over it. Firstly, she got thousand and one photos to choose from, literally, almost there. Then we began to fill it in, our brain cells, especially, right side ( I think), kept dying at a increasing rate, ( In graph). But in the end we enjoy ourselves! Poor birthday-girl-to-be, (her actual birthday is TML!!) literally bathe in cream! Haha! P.S: The metal cake is, suggested by Cheris, done by me and this cake had given me nothing but pain, by plotting best fit line on my lap. =P But glad that she like the whole thing!

Some result from the online test I had been doing (It was addictive, can't blame me) :

Your result for The Lucid Dreaming Test...

The Master

Conditions met: 58%. Talent: at least 46%. Possible advantages: 50%. Mastery: about 63%

Wow, your do pretty well despise all obstacles. Was a hard piece of work, I presume.

Conditions: Your sleeping habits are average; there's room for improvement, but all in all, it should be no problem. If you did well in the other categories, it will hardly bother you if there is one candle missing here and there, and you certainly won’t miss the potpourris or “Soothing Ocean Sounds Vol. 3”-CD either. Not ideal if you are still learning, though.

Talent: You don’t space out an awful lot, and you aren’t too intuitive, either, maybe just average. That's okay. It’s not required to control your dreams, but it sure makes it a lot more fun. If you give yourself that extra portion of “smelling the roses”, your dreams will get a lot more vivid.

Advantages: You may experience difficulties in taking as well as keeping control. Maybe you should try giving yourself a break from hard work to do something creative, or treat yourself to a relaxing activity of some sort; it will certainly do you good even if you don't aim for Lucid Dreams.

Mastery: Wow, either your natural talent has discovered you while you didn’t notice, or you already worked your way to mastery and you only took this test to see how good you really are! I’m impressed!

But scoring highly here can also mean you are almost there, but not quite. If so, you should try asking yourself 10 times or so per day if you are dreaming, and if you make this a habit, you may continue doing it in your dreams, which can trigger a lucid dream. (Thanks Third Eye for this info! It was taken from this book.) You may soon be the master of your own dreams! Think about it! No more nightmares you can't escape from!

Your result for The Ultra Ultimate Personality Test...

The Scientist

You scored 24 Extroversion, 78 Intuition, 41 Emotional, and 33 Spontaneity!

INTJ

Independent, innovative, logical and driven by the inner world of ideas and possibilities, the INTJ often appears to others as a quietly self-confident (and sometimes stubborn) critic of the status quo, convinced that reality can be altered, the future reshaped. Wherever there is a need for change in systems, programs, concepts or theories, INTJs will be working behind the scenes to reorganize and revise. This type's focused attention to the personal mission may be inspiring or frankly obsessive, depending on the observer's viewpoint or the success of the enterprise. Introspective and somewhat shy, INTJs place their trust in logical analysis and intuition to guide their thoughts and decisions. More feeling types may find them chilly, and more practical types accuse them of being unrealistic, but INTJs take their cues mostly from those they recognize as intelligent. Often attracted to theoretical, analytical and methodological areas of inquiry, INTJs succeed in a wide variety of fields, from ones heavily dependent on mathematics and science to more philosophical, literary or applied disciplines.

Relationships

INTJs believe in constant growth in relationships, and strive for independence for themselves and their mates. They are constantly embarking on "fix-up" projects to improve the overall quality of their lives and relationships. They take their commitments seriously, but are open to redefining their vows, if they see something which may prove to be an improvement over the existing understanding. INTJs are not likely to be "touchy-feely" and overly affirming with their mates or children, and may at times be somewhat insensitive to their emotional needs. However, INTJs are in general extremely capable and intelligent individuals who strive to always be their best, and be moving in a positive direction. If they apply these basic goals to their personal relationships, they likely to enjoy happy and healthy interaction with their families and friends.

Strengths

Not threatened by conflict or criticism

Usually self-confident

Take their relationships and commitments seriously

Generally extremely intelligent and capable

Able to leave a relationship which should be ended, although they may dwell on it in their minds for awhile afterwards

Interested in "optimizing" their relationships

Good listeners

Do take them when you are free. Who knows you might just get to know yourself better? Recently the weather had been cranky, mostly wet. Okay, this was A long post. Last but not least, hope that in time to come, everyone will have their troubles away from them. Laterz~
